For documents from an Oregon Court, we need the original summons, notice, subpoena, etc. plus a copy for each defendant for serving

Example of Service Fee:                     number of parties/same court case                             

                                             1 person or 2 people at the same address          $50           

                                             2 people at 2 different addresses                       $100            

                        ($25 per person if serving more than 2 people at one address on the same case number)

                                             3 people at the same address                             $ 84         

                                             4 people at the same address                             $112            

FED – Eviction Enforcement (Writ of Execution of Judgment of Restitution) 

Please note that “Et Al” or “All other occupants” counts as a party in all actions. See example below:

We must have the original Writ plus 2 certified true copies, the original debt calculation form, instructions to garnishee, garnishee response form, wage exemption form, challenge to garnishment and notice of exempt property.

Mileage (for travel in excess of 75 miles round trip from Courthouse to service location)

DEPUTY STANDBY ON ENFORCEMENT PROCESS..………….minimum of  $39.63 per hour, per deputy

Restraining order……………………………………………………………………………….no fee

We must have 2 copies of all documents

FINGERPRINTING (no appointment needed).………………….…………………………….…….$5 per card

COPY OF REPORT   $7        COPY OF PHOTO DISK   $10          NOTARY FEE   $5 per document
